Be prepared to immediately submit a prototype of my challenge solution (THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CHALLENGES WHICH INCLUDE AN ACTUAL PROTOTYPE AS PART OF THE SOLUTION) via Federal Express to the address provided to me upon my notification. A Federal Express shipping charge number will be provided to me. (Pack your model well; models received in broken or non-working condition will be disqualified.)

General Conditions:

The National Museum of Education is not responsible for: lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for mail or shipment errors or delays resulting in omission, defect, delay, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by The National Museum of Education.

Prizes consist of only those items listed herein as part of the prize. Contestants by entering the competition, release, discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless The National Museum of Education, Allegro Productions, Inc. and Motorola Foundation, and their directors, officers, trustees, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors and assigns arising out of participation in or acceptance of any prize in connection with the contest, including any future reference to the challenge solution. By submitting any entry, each team contestant and his/her parent/legal guardian agree: They have read, understand, and will comply with these official rules; and or to the extent permitted by law, consent to the use (in the sole discretion of the National Museum of Education) of the contestant's name, likeness, biographical data and images of their entry challenge solution for purposes of advertising and promotion by the National Museum of Education, Allegro Productions, Inc. and Motorola Foundation, without further consent, compensation or approval. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by the participation in this competition. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges. All expenses not specified in the entry form are the sole responsibility of the entrants, finalists and winners.
